Wefapress plastic profiles are used for:
- chains;
- V-belts;
- round belts.
Wefapress conveyor guide profiles
They are made of galvanized and stainless steel by cold profiling. The profiles are fixed by welding, but there are profile modifications that provide for a bolted connection (CH 3147 and CV 3153).
Wefapress chain tensioners
Using tensioners extends chain life by smoothing dynamic loads. Tensioners reduce the load on the chain, lower its wear and reduce production noise. The compact size of the device simplifies its installation.
Wefapress plastic strips for conveyors
They serve to reduce the coefficient of friction of plastic modular belts, to reduce the load on the electric motor and to extend the service life of the belt itself.
The advantage of using these belts is easy installation and removal for replacement in case of wear.

They are made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene in white, black or any other color to the customer's drawings. High-precision equipment makes it possible to produce screws up to 10 m long.
