Cutting and perforation of belts

TD IRBIS LLC offers you perforation of bucket elevator belts for fastening buckets, and the subsequent mounting of the buckets on the belt.

Lengthwise cutting of belts to any width up to 2100 mm.

Our equipment can cut and perforate the belt at the same time, which greatly speeds up your order.

We perforate the belt for the required number of elevator buckets, to the Customer's individual drawings.

Belts are perforated on a specialized machine that makes 6 holes for the elevator bolt in one stroke.

The machine perforates belts from 100 mm to 900 mm wide, with a hole punching accuracy of +/- 2 mm.

The resulting holes have a perfectly cylindrical shape, which simplifies and speeds up the mounting of the buckets.
