PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
I agree to the requirements of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) and allow my personal data to be used on lawful grounds.
General provisions:
In compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, I give the limited liability company “TD Irbis” (hereinafter – the Owner) my consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of enabling civil-law relations that may arise in the future and of settling payments for the goods/works/services I purchase (hereinafter – the Customer). By signing this agreement I consent to the Owner verifying information about me with credit history bureaus and other sources in order to establish information on my performance of obligations I have assumed under civil contracts (including credit agreements). I understand that, where I have civil-law contracts with third parties, the information subject to verification may contain banking secrecy and may concern my social status, property status, solvency or the consequences of my breach of those contracts in the form of compensation for property and/or non-property damage. For the purpose of verifying the above information I consent to its transfer to third parties, including, but not limited to, financial institutions, debt collection companies, mobile and postal operators, and other individuals and/or legal entities. I also agree that the Owner has the right to give access to my personal data and to transfer it to third parties, in particular law enforcement bodies, without any additional notice (permission).
Given the legally established need to protect the rights of the personal data subject, in particular against unlawful disclosure of personal information, the Owner’s Privacy Policy is a rule that its employees follow when collecting and using the Customer’s personal information. Such information may be requested and/or obtained when visiting our website https://www.irbis.ua, ordering goods/works/services, in correspondence or a telephone conversation, or in any other lawful way. If you have questions or concerns about privacy, please send them to: mail@irbis.ua.
Information we collect:
When goods/works/services are ordered, when the Customer takes part in promotions or surveys, or in any other interaction with the Owner, the Customer’s personal data is collected – information, or a set of information, about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified (paragraph 9, part 1, Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). This information includes the individual’s name, place of registration, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. We receive personal data only from persons who provide it knowingly and of their own free will, in particular after they register on our website or after they state their name and address in a request for certain information from the Owner. The Customer’s personal data is not required by the Owner for the sole purpose of viewing the Owner’s website.
Ordering goods/works/services from the Owner, taking part in promotions or research, or any other interaction with the Owner means that the Customer has read the rights of the personal data subject set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the terms of this Privacy Policy, and expresses full consent to its terms. If the Customer does not agree, the Customer may decline to provide personal information.
The Customer may withdraw consent to the use of personal data at any time. To do so, it is enough to send an e-mail with “Personal data” in the subject line to: mail@irbis.ua.
In addition to personal data, in order to improve the website and adapt it to visitors’ needs, we collect general information on the number of visitors, the nature and volume of the information they receive, which parts of the website are popular, and so on. For this purpose the Owner may receive data from web log files (the Customer’s or other users’ web browser, operating system, pages visited, etc.).
How the Owner collects information:
The Owner obtains personal information directly from the Customer and with the Customer’s knowledge, in particular when the Customer registers on our website in order to take part in a promotion or to order goods/works/services. The Owner also keeps the e-mail address given by the Customer in order to reply.
In addition, the Owner continuously collects general information when the Customer visits the Owner’s website. This information is collected using Cookies technology. More about it below.
Purposes of processing the Customer’s personal data:
Personal data is processed to achieve the following purposes (one or several together):

The Owner has the right to change the provisions of the Policy unilaterally, without prior notice to (or consent of) the Customer, so we advise you to review it from time to time. Changes take effect from the moment they are made to the text of the Policy. When the Customer orders goods/works/services on the Owner’s website, takes part in promotions or otherwise interacts with the Owner, the Customer automatically agrees to the new terms of the Policy, and no additional expression of will by the Customer is required.
