Varvel company
Varvel is an Italian company whose activity is directed at making general-industrial gearboxes and mechanical variators. The products of Varvel are in demand in such industries as mechanical engineering, textiles, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, woodworking, and the plastics and rubber industries, among many others. The largest share of the demand for drives comes from light and medium-power industry. The plant's production capacity is divided equally between the domestic market and export.
From its birth in 1955 to the present day, Varvel has built the notion of "innovation" into every decision and every product: it cooperates with university departments; constantly increases the number of robots in production; introduces formalized processes into company management; and computerizes logistics flows from the receipt of components to the shipment of the finished product.
Varvel products have passed certification by the International Organization for Standardization and received the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certificate. Varvel's distinguishing feature has always been its flexibility and speed of supply, which makes it globally competitive even with the largest gearbox manufacturers.
