Kinex is a Slovak company that develops and produces standard and special rolling bearings as well as engineering components for industrial equipment and agricultural machinery. The manufacturer's head office is in Bytča.
The KINEX range includes more than 10,000 industrial products: ball, roller, needle, cylindrical, tapered and special bearings, as well as a wide range of solutions for non-standard technical tasks.

History of the Kinex brand
The history of Kinex begins in 1906 with the founding in the Slovak town of Bytča of the engineering company Považský železiarsky priemysel. In 1950 the first bearing in Slovakia was made at the plant.
Today Kinex Bearings has two production plants in Slovakia and is part of the international industrial group CK Birla Group. One plant with an area of more than 40,000 m² is in Bytča, and the other, with an area of more than 60,000 m², is in Kysucké Nové Mesto. The company also has sales offices in India and China.
