Interroll roller conveyor catalog (EN)
Interroll conveyor rollers have a number of design features and can be made to the customer's requirements.
A roller can be from 16 mm to 190 mm in diameter and from 70 mm to 3500 mm in length. The roller body is made of high-quality material (polyvinyl chloride, stainless or galvanized steel, aluminium). Gravity rollers are driven by inertial forces or by hand. They can be made of steel, stainless steel, plastic or aluminium. Many design options make it possible to select for a particular load and operating conditions.
Rollers are used to build roller conveyors: roller tables, devices for transporting bulk, piece and containerized loads.
Interroll rollers can be:
- driven;
- swiveling;
- with different friction surfaces;
- for conveyors and roller tables.
By design, Interroll rollers can differ in the material of the tube:
- Steel tube. As a tube material, steel has good rigidity and resistance to deformation. If corrosion protection is needed, the material is either galvanized steel or stainless. Drive sprockets and flanges can be welded to the tube.
- Aluminium tube. Compared with a steel tube, it is not as strong. However, its weight is only 36% of the weight of a similar steel tube. It is not prone to corrosion.
- PVC tube. Less strong than a steel tube. Advantages of PVC: low noise level, high impact resistance, low weight, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
