Elvem Motori Elettrici was founded in 1966 in the province of Vicenza (Italy).
The founder of the firm, Luciano Baron, owned EBL, a small firm that specialized in making electric motors. At first Elvem was a trading branch of EBL, and later it became a well-organized and structured enterprise engaged in the design and development of electric motors and rotating electrical machines.
The Elvem range includes three-phase and single-phase induction electric motors, single- or two-speed, aluminium and cast iron.
Over its existence the company has earned the trust and respect of its customers thanks to the quality of its products, professionalism and quality service. As a result, the company has moved beyond the European market and established its presence in America, Africa and the Middle East, eventually covering all continents.
Today Elvem exports more than 30% of its total output, offering a wide and varied range of products.
